How long does it take?
The initial digital drafts of your portraits are typically sent to you within 6-12 hours. During high-demand periods such as holidays and special occasions (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day), this time frame may be extended. These initial drafts are high-resolution and can be used for printing if no revisions are requested. If you have purchased a digital print only, the delivery time is this short. However, if you’ve opted for a physical print, shipping times vary depending on your location but typically take 4-9 days. An express shipping option is available if you are in a hurry.
How is the artwork sent?
The initial drafts and final versions will be sent to you via your message box or email.
What if I am unhappy with my cartoon portrait?
Your satisfaction with your order is the top priority of my shop. However, if despite my best efforts I couldn't meet your expectations, I am happy to either create a new portrait from another photo or offer you a full refund with no questions asked. Simply let me know your preference.
Can you create a composition from more than one photo?
I can combine multiple photos into a single artwork, but the photos need to be taken from compatible/similar angles for the combination to work well. Therefore, if you’d like to request a combination piece, please send your photos to me via email or message before making a purchase.
Do pets count as characters?
Yes, pets do count as characters. Therefore, when selecting the number of characters, please include your pet in the character count.

All versions of your artwork, including the initial drafts I send you, are high-quality and print-ready.
Where can I print final picture?
You can print your artwork at any local print shop, online printing service, or even at home. However, if you'd rather not handle this yourself and want to ensure the highest quality, I also offer a printing service. You can visit the Print Shop page to explore the printing and framing options that best suit your needs.
What is your refund policy?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, we
offer unconditional refunds and exchanges for all our products. Here’s
everything you need to know about our return and exchange process:
Refunds:
You can request an unconditional refund within 30 days of
receiving your item, without needing to return the product.
Whether the product is defective or not to your liking, it
can remain with you, and we will process a refund to your original payment
method.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange a product, there’s no need to return
the original item. Simply request a new product, and we will handle the
exchange without requiring the return of the initial item.

process and post the refund.
